What age do my kids need to be to participate with me?

I believe it's NEVER too early for kids to jump in at some capacity. Even toddlers can play with rice to see what it feels like and what the differences are. They can taste and see if it's worth adding to your regular rotation for the whole family! My kids are 9 and 11 and can cook most of these solo but they've been in the kitchen with me for quite some time. Let them participate and see how excited they get to gain that confidence in the kitchen!
