Whole Wellness Mamas Virtual Summit!
Logistics (Quick Summary)
The event will run from September 8 - 12th, 2025 with pre-recorded presentations running each day. These presentations will include 20-40 minutes of content (with up to a 3-minute freebie/VIP upgrade plug at the end).
Along with the presentations, there will be a Facebook Group for attendees to connect in, hold each other accountable, and ask additional questions. It's a great way for us to connect with the attendees and answer their questions. While the presentations themselves are pre-recorded, all speakers are asked to check the Facebook group for questions and interact with things that come up throughout the week and especially your day.
There will be two weeks of promotion leading up to the summit. You’ll be provided with email swipe copy, social media swipe copy, and social media graphics to make it all easy as can be! During the promotion phase, as the summit is running, and for a week after the summit is complete, we’ll also be promoting the Whole Wellness Mamas VIP Pass. This includes a replay pass as well as additional speaker bonuses we’ll all throw in. We want this to be a no-brainer, huge value add to our attendees which makes the work of promoting and creating a presentation worthwhile to bring in affiliate commissions for you!

1. BASIC INFORMATION

2. PRE-RECORDED VIDEO
You have two choices for your your 20-40 min pre-recorded video, presentation or interview. No matter which option you choose, you are free to use your presentation however you’d like in the future.
a. Presentation:
We want people to learn something great while having fun and getting to know YOU. Please structure your content in a way that people walk away feeling like they've really learned something valuable in the short time with you that they can implement right away. Feel free to make it your own with slides, your face as the star, or both!
Here’s a suggested format for a great actionable presentation:
A quick introduction (we want them to know YOU!)
An overview of your topic and where most people struggle
Teaching section
Specific action steps (with the goal of simplifying their existing process)
One quick action step/challenge for people to do that day
Up to 3-minute pitch on your freebie, offers, and how to connect further with you
b. Interview:
If you’d like to go the interview route, schedule a time with me to do that here. Please provide 3-5 questions you'd like to guide our conversation for your topic.
Interviews will be completed and videos are due by June 30th.

The Whole Wellness Mamas Summit is a 5-day event that will help moms take tangible steps toward whole wellness - learning to thrive instead of just survive. We will cover physical wellness, mental wellness, parenting, productivity, organization, and finding joy in the every day.
On this page, you’ll find information and resources meant to make your life as a speaker as easy as possible and answer any questions you might have. 3. VIP PASS CONTRIBUTIONS
The Whole Wellness Mamas VIP Pass will be a huge value add to the presentations. To make it even more valuable, I’m asking each of you to provide one resource to add. This includes normally paid things like:
eBooks
Workbooks
Courses (big or small)
1-month memberships
It’s totally up to you to decide whether you’d like to create something new or provide something you already have. While this isn’t required, it’s highly encouraged that you participate.
Information for these resources is due by July 1st.
There is space in the basic information form for you to submit your contribution (again, this is a paid product that you're contributing at no cost to VIP attendees) but you can submit it later if you need time to think about it. Here is the link again, just scroll past any information you've already (or write "N/A") submitted to send over your product contribution.
4. PROMOTION
The power of an online summit comes from an amazing group of experts like you coming together for our common purpose of helping other people thrive with tools in our toolbox. The joint promotion that happens because of that is a huge benefit to everyone involved. "A rising tide lifts all ships." Thank you for being part of the tide to lift each other and our mamas!
To make it beneficial for all, we request that everyone share on social media and to email their lists during the promotion period at least once, starting on August 26th.
You’ll want to sign up for and share using your affiliate link so you can get in on the 30-40% commission that will come from any VIP Pass sales. I'd love to help you with your promotion! I find that if your audience is familiar with me, they are more likely to sign up. I'm open to ideas but this could look like a podcast episode or social media live in your page or group. Just email amy@wholewellnessmamas.com and we can chat!

5. DURING SUMMIT PARTICIPATION
Most of the hard work has been done so you'll mostly be able to sit back and relax! All I ask is that you participate in the Facebook group throughout the week, especially during your presentation day, and interact with the community to help attendees stay excited and engaged.
While you are not required to attend the events of other speakers, it’s highly encouraged to connect with each other as well!
Making connections and helping mamas is great, but so is being rewarded financially for your efforts, right? That's why we have the affiliate commission for every VIP Pass sold through your link! You deserve to be paid for all sales from people you refer to the event! Payouts for the VIP Pass will be paid 30 days after the event.
The commission structure is:
30% for all speakers
40% if you contribute to the VIP Pass!
The pricing structure will be:
$49 immediately after sign up
$69 from August 16th- September 8th
$97 from September 8-12th
To make it as easy as possible for you, I will provide marketing materials like email swipe copy, social media copy, and social share graphics (coming by August 1) However, you’re more than welcome to tweak or write your own copy!
