Dashi powder/packsare so useful for quick dashi in any dish. This brand is my favorite even if it's more expensive than the others. The ingredients are clean, and the taste is amazing! Just toss it in boiling water for a while and use in whatever you'd like!
Shiro dashi is a convenient pre-packaged combination of dashi, soy sauce, and some sweetness. Perfect to use in soups, mixed rices, stir fries, braised dishes, clearly almost anythin!
Misois a thick paste produced by fermenting soybeans with salt and koji. There are different kinds like white and red depending on the flavors you're lookig for!
Cooking sake is a fermented Japanese rice wine used in cooking to add umami and a sweet, mellow flavor. It can eliminate strong odors and tenderize meat. It's used in a TON of Japanese soups, sauces, marinades, and steamed seafood dishes!
Dry kojiis a special rice malt with many uses including creating probiotic and nutritious foods like shio koji, shoyu koji and amazake.
Pre-made shio kojiis seriously the best seasoning for any roasted fish, vegetables, or anything requiring a little salt and sweet umami goodness! All packed up for convenience!
