Books are a fabulous way to open up conversations with our kid about life skills. Emotional intelligence is such an underrated teaching in education. Let's talk about why EI is so important and how we can help our kids (and even ourselves) grow!
What is Emotional Intelligence?
Emotional intelligence put simply is being smart with your feelings and the feelings of others. And using this knowledge to manage your life in a better way. Being in tune with emotions in this way means you can even influence the emotions of others. Don't you think that can make your life and the lives of those around you brighter and more connected?
